1. Who we are

Pip's Big Future is operated by RPKreative LLC. These terms are an agreement between you and RPKreative LLC ("we," "us," "our"). They cover this website, the free activities you download here, and our email lists. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

2. Who this site is for

Most of this website is written for grown-ups. The Play & Wonder activity pages are made for a child and a grown-up to use together. Children are very welcome to watch and play alongside an adult, but the site is not designed for a child to use alone. You must be 18 or older to join our email list or book waitlist. Please do not use this site to send us any information about a child.

3. What Pip's Big Future is, and is not

Pip's Big Future is an early-learning brand. Our videos, activities and books explore everyday adventures, choices, space, robots and early ideas about how AI works, in language made for young children, so that a child and a grown-up can talk about them together.

It is a framework for play and conversation. It is not a course. It carries no formal academic accreditation. It is not educational, developmental, psychological or medical advice. Children develop at their own pace, and you know your child best. If you have concerns about your child's development, please speak to a professional who knows them.

Pip and his robot puppy, Chip, are characters. They are not real, they are not conscious, they do not know things the way a person does, and they never replace a parent, a teacher or a friend. We show Pip making mistakes on purpose, because that is part of what we want children to understand about AI.

4. The email list

If you join our list, we send new videos, activities and book news. You can leave at any time. Email info@rpkreative.com with "unsubscribe" or use the link at the bottom of any email. Please sign up only with an address you control.

5. Free activities

Our printable activities are free. You may download, print and copy them for your own family, classroom, library group or childcare setting. Please do not sell them, put them behind a paywall, change them and pass them off as your own, or republish them elsewhere as your own material.

A grown-up should always be present when a child is doing one of these activities. Crayons, scissors and small objects can be choking or injury hazards, especially for children under 3. Please choose materials that suit your child's age and stay close by.

6. Books

Hello, Pip! My First Book About AI is not yet for sale. Joining the waitlist tells us you would like to hear when it is available. It is not an order. It does not reserve a copy, it does not set a price, and it does not commit you to buying anything. Other titles shown on this site are in development. Their titles, contents, artwork and timing may change, and some may never be published.

7. Our content

The Pip's Big Future name, the Pip and Chip characters, our logo, and our text, episodes, activities and designs are owned by or licensed to us. Some of our artwork is made with the help of AI tools and finished by our team. You are welcome to link to our pages, share them, and use the free activities as described above. Anything else needs our written permission first, including using Pip's image, reproducing our text or using our material commercially. Please ask.

8. Using the site fairly

Please don't:

• sign someone else up to our lists, or use an address that isn't yours;
• try to break, overload or get around the security of the site or its forms;
• copy the site in bulk with automated tools;
• use the site for anything unlawful.

We may block access for anyone who does.

9. Videos and social media

Our episodes are hosted on YouTube and we post on Instagram and TikTok. Those platforms have their own terms and privacy policies, and their rules apply once you are on them. We do not control comments or recommendations on those platforms. There are no comments on this website.

10. Other websites

This site links to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, their terms or their privacy practices.

11. No warranties

WE OFFER THIS WEBSITE AND ITS FREE MATERIALS "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS. We work hard to keep everything accurate and available, but we do not promise the site will always be online, error free, or fit for a particular purpose.

12. Limits on our responsibility

To the fullest extent the law allows, RPKreative LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or the free activities. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for our own fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. Before going to court, please email us so we can try to sort it out together.

14. The rest of the fine print

If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a term straight away, we haven't given it up. These terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement about the site. We may transfer these terms if the business changes hands.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date. If you keep using the site afterwards, the updated terms apply. If you are on our list, we will tell you about important changes by email.
